By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. PRODUCTS

My Créatif Moment offers creative kits and related products designed to provide a relaxing and creative experience.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and information displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur, particularly due to screen settings, handmade elements or product batches.

2. PRICES

All prices displayed on the website are indicated in the currency shown at checkout.

The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before payment is confirmed.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

3. ORDERS

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

My Créatif Moment reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect information or product unavailability.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an appropriate solution or refund.

4. DELIVERY

France

Orders delivered within France are generally delivered within 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International deliveries

International orders are generally delivered within 5 to 7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery may also be subject to the carrier’s own processing times.

5. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

My Créatif Moment cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel may be charged to the customer.

6. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable consumer protection rules, customers purchasing online generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of their order, except where a legal exception applies.

After contacting us, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Products must be returned unused, complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by My Créatif Moment, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

7. REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been received and checked, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to the product ordered, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue so that we can assess your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Customers are responsible for using the products in accordance with the instructions provided.

Children should use creative kits under appropriate adult supervision.

Paints, small components and other kit contents must not be ingested and should be kept away from very young children where appropriate.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the My Créatif Moment website, including texts, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, visual identity, product designs and other content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without prior written authorisation from My Créatif Moment is prohibited.
